The Ferguson Road Initiative acted as liaison and coordinated a meeting with Jake Brown of LDG Development and representatives from the neighborhoods surrounding the proposed development – Eastwood Hills, Hillview Terrace and Truett Area Crime Watch – to create a good neighbor agreement. Some highlights from the agreement:

• 10′ fence and holly bushes for privacy along the creek 
• No felons or sex offenders will be allowed to live in the development
• LDG is to retain ownership of the property for 15 years. (Only possible to be sold in the event of an unforeseen and extreme financial situation.)
